The SP cars are simply awful when driven as normal cars, they feel like they have been made purely to drift, with no regard to making them behave like cars. You can simply turn the wheels further when you do lose the rear end, but pottering around it feels completely normal. Increased lock, without the addition of a faster steering rack, will not alter the feel of the car in ANY way. There have been an awful lot of very successful racing cars that use a spool (no diff at all, same concept as a locked diff) So were left with increased lock being the main thing exclusive to drift cars.
Now, a lot of power, and a welded2 way diff are obviously not exclusive to drifting within the Motorsport world. Titan mods pack and the TnT pack seem to be the most popular. Also you can open this page and enable drift filter on the left side.Īnd also here is two special versions of E30 and E92 (sound doesnt work with 1.3.4, but this problem is easily fixable).
